"Glory Over Everything" Review

“Glory Over Everything: Beyond the Kitchen House”
By Kathleen Grissom
Published by Simon & Schuster
5/5 stars!
Three years ago I read “The Kitchen House” and absolutely loved it.  Once I heard there was another book in the works, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it.  Today I finished the sequel, “Glory Over Everything” and loved it just as much.  Ms. Grissom has a talent to paint a great picture, make you adore her characters, and all the while keeping the perfect amount of suspense throughout the story to keep you from putting the book down and then to hurry back when you do.  And the best part…..I see potential for there to be a third book for me to enjoy.  But even if there isn’t, I’m sure whatever Ms. Grissom decides to write for her next novel will be just as wonderful.
Whereas this is a sequel, because reminders of the past are woven in, you could enjoy it without having read the first novel, however, I highly recommend reading both.  They are both fabulous books.
Thank you the NetGalley and Simon & Schuster for providing me with an advanced copy of the ebook in return for an honest review.
